The User also agrees that his sole remedy under this Terms of Use is cancellation of the Service.

This Terms of Use is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and Wales. The User hereby consents and submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Courts of the United Kingdom and Wales in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this web site or Service.

Nothing contained in this Terms of Use is in derogation of Project HOPE UK right to comply with Governmental, Court and Law enforcement requests or requirements relating to the use of this web site, Service or information provided to or gathered by Project HOPE UK with respect to such use.

Donations: Project HOPE UK will use all donations made through this web site for the charitable purposes for which they have been given. Where no preference has been indicated, donations will be considered as unrestricted donations and used by the charity where most needed in pursuance of its charitable objectives. If a donation is given with a clear indication that it is intended to be used for a specific named project or activity, it will become a restricted donation and used in accordance with the wishes of the donor. In the event of a donation being made and restricted to a specific project or activity where sufficient funds have already been secured, the donor will be entitled to a full refund or the opportunity to request that the donation be allocated to a different project or activity, or that it be considered as an unrestricted donation. In the case of all donations through this web site, Project HOPE UK undertakes to make a full refund to the donor if requested in writing by the donor within 10 days of the donation being made. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
