Project HOPE UK will use all donations made through this web site for the charitable purposes for which they have been given. Where no preference has been indicated, donations will be considered as unrestricted donations and used by the charity where most needed in pursuance of its charitable objectives. If a donation is given with a clear indication that it is intended to be used for a specific named project or activity, it will become a restricted donation and used in accordance with the wishes of the donor. In the event of a donation being made and restricted to a specific project or activity where sufficient funds have already been secured, the donor will be entitled to a full refund or the opportunity to request that the donation be allocated to a different project or activity, or that it be considered as an unrestricted donation. In the case of all donations through this web site, Project HOPE UK undertakes to make a full refund to the donor if requested in writing by the donor within 10 days of the donation being made.
